Jefferson City, MO-Today, February 7, 2001, House Bill 70, sponsored by Representative Don Koller, was heard in the House Transportation Committee. The committee will go into executive session Monday or Tuesday, February 12 or 13, 2001. While we expect this bill will receive a “Do Pass” out of committee, as the Chairman is the same Representative Don Koller, there are some new members we may not have had the opportunity to contact.

The purpose of this call for action is to let everyone know that we need to contact all the members of the committee to insure a “Do Pass” vote. E-mails and phone calls at this point in time are acceptable and would be appreciated. Further in the body of this action letter you will find the representatives names, phone numbers and the main web address for the Missouri Representative Home page. HB70 contains the same language as SB18, simply adding “…under the age of 21…” to the Missouri Statutes.
